We do our best to make sure your Perlei Beauty order reaches you quickly and safely.
- Delivery in Albania: Free on all orders.
- Delivery in Kosovo: Flat rate of €5.
- Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 48–72 hours.
During holidays or special promotions, delivery times may take a little longer due to high demand.
You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At Perlei Beauty, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and product integrity — for this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or product swaps once an order has been shipped.
Exceptions apply only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a different product by mistake.
If either of these occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
